British and Brazilian's most important assets are the people we employ and the relationships we have nurtured with growers, exporters and customers over the last seventy years. Many businesses claim to be 'people' businesses, but we are out of necessity. Without either the knowledge, skill and experience of our staff, or the loyalty and support of our suppliers and customers, we would not have a business. This reality drives our business and our investment in employees.
With a team of just over 120 personnel, we are small enough to be personal but have the additional benefit from the training and development infrastructure and career advancement opportunities that come with being part of the larger Produce World Group.
As a growing business, we are always looking to recruit motivated, passionate people who want to develop their careers in the global fruit industry. We source our product from more than 200 growers in over 20 countries across 5 continents, so if you have technical, commercial or language skills and enjoy a challenge, we would like to hear from you.
Please forward to us your CV with a brief covering note explaining why you would like to work for B&B and what you could bring to our business.
