Having stated our commitments we need to measure our performance and then set targets for improvement if they are to be meaningful. We have established targets at both Group and business level covering the following areas :
- Carbon emissions
- Energy usage
- Health and Safety
- Waste and recycling
- Water usage
The specific targets will be published in our forthcoming CSR Report (late summer 2008) which will be published on this website and we will be reporting on our performance against them 12 months later.

In a first for the UK fresh produce industry, Produce World has published a comprehensive report covering its social and environmental activities and performance. The report, 'Growing trust' was published on October 3rd on the group's website.
