Graduate Schemes

Produce World operate an excellent, 2 year post-graduate training scheme:

The scheme is structured, planned and focused on developing 'Trainee Management' skills with each participating graduate.

Successful candidates will attend the Holbeach Campus of the University of Lincoln where they will undertake one or two of the following courses (depending on current level of qualification and experience):

  • Year 1 CMI Introductory Certificate in Team Leading or Management.
  • Year 2 CMI Introductory Diploma in Management.
  • Years 1 and 2 Foundation Degree in Food Manufacturing or Primary Food Production & Environment.

This exciting and informative programme will give each successful candidate:

  • Work experience in different functional areas of our complex organisation across different subsidiaries on 6 month or annual placements.
  • Mentor assigned support/training.
  • Potential for a permanent position within the Group after our scheme finishes (not guaranteed).

Food and Drink iNet Innovation Award Winners 2009

At the Food and Drink iNet Innovation Awards 2009, held in Leicester on Tuesday 17th November, the Food Processing Faraday Award for Most Innovative Large Food and Drink Manufacturer went to Marshalls (part of the Produce World Group), Butterwick, Boston, for the development of bellaverdeŽ sweet stem broccoli, that was launched in July 2009, and created in conjunction with Seminis.
