Working closely with expert growers in the south west we are able to produce swede relatively early for the UK starting in June and then moving to our main suppliers in Scotland. Over the last two years we have developed a process that enables us to harvest and store swede (negating the need for us to import the product) so supplying UK grown produce for 52 weeks of the year.
