Grown in East Anglia, delicate harvesting, washing and handling is needed for these very small roots. This crop development is very much in its infancy but early results are very encouraging. Traditionally, these carrots were only available in the UK from an overseas source but in 2007 we were able to successfully germinate, grow and harvest a small scale commercial trial.
