MIXED VEGETABLE PACKS:
IFP supply a series of bespoke seasonal mixed packs incorporating produce when it is at its peak for flavour, freshness and abundance. Products may range from early new potatoes, to purple sprouting broccoli and Chantenay or Baby carrots.
BUNCHED CARROTS:
IFP have a specialist bunched carrot grower in the south west of England, who grow and harvest UK bunched carrots from April to November. The variety grown has been specially selected for its flavour. Carrots are hand picked and bunched every morning before washing, cooling and packing. Outside of this window, bunched carrots are available from Spain.
BABY CARROTS:
In response to consumer demand, TBG and IFP are developing a system for growing and handling baby carrots in Britain, a product which is traditionally grown and flown in from overseas. UK baby carrots are currently available from September to January but this availability window is being widened.
CHANTENAY:
Grown in East Anglia, this traditional carrot variety has recently been revived in the UK having not been available for over 40 years. Years of hard work and trials have resulted in providing a much sweeter and flavoursome small carrot.
