
History:
Earliest records for cultivated cabbage date back AD 77. The modern cultivated groups are thought to have originated in Germany and have undergone cross-breeding in the late twentieth century to produce this tender and sweet pointed form.

Culinary Notes:
Extremely tender and sweet. Cooks quickly and has very short stem therefore wastage is minimal.
