Our Performance

We have strived to develop a robust and structure approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Building on a strong foundation of policy we aim to drive targeted improvements in our social and environmental performance through our four CSR areas and to report the results.

We have stated our key commitments and drive performance through a series of Non-Financial targets ensuring continuous improvement through regular monitoring, measurement and reporting. We have established targets at both a Group and site level covering the following areas:
