| Description: | We are recruiting for two Market Analysts to work in the division, one for potatoes and one for roots. THE ROLE Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for analysing market and category data, adding value through insight. The role will involve identifying opportunities to drive sales whilst developing a range of performance tools to support the commercial team. Working with continuous data, you will feed insight into sales, marketing and NPD, maximising the potential for both Produce World and our customers. THE CANDIDATE Of graduate calibre and with experience of the FMCG industry, you will have strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting market data such as TNS or Neilsen. Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and the ability to work well on your own are important. This role provides an excellent opportunity within the commercial team for the right candidate. Food and Drink iNet Innovation Award Winners 2009
At the Food and Drink iNet Innovation Awards 2009, held in Leicester on Tuesday 17th November, the Food Processing Faraday Award for Most Innovative Large Food and Drink Manufacturer went to Marshalls (part of the Produce World Group), Butterwick, Boston, for the development of bellaverde® sweet stem broccoli, that was launched in July 2009, and created in conjunction with Seminis.
